OM3 Australian Barramundi (Latis Calcarifer)
This Australian native fish is also knows as Sea Bass.

OM3 Fish grows this fish from authentic Australian fry in slightly saline water held in the FP CAS modules. The OM3 quality control during production covers all aspects of the production, feed is cooked pellets free of any harmful chemicals, water tests are conducted daily and all fishes are sampled and tested more than 25 times during their grow out period.
The post harvest treatment applied as standard by OM3 assures that the fish will have that wild, seawater, taste without the risk of having been exposed to seawater contamination such as mercury.
Wild mature Barramundi will reach more than 10Kg in size after 4 to 5 years of age.
OM3 Barramundi are supplied in the convenient size range of 400 to 800 gram. As a younger fish, the OM3 Australian Barramundi is more delicate and sweet tasting which makes it one of the worlds finest eating fish and versatile to use as shown in the provided recipes.
OM3 Jade (Scortum Barcoo)
This exclusive Australian species has been specially selected by OM3 and is grown in Malaysia in the FP CAS systems fish fry imported from Australian hatcheries and certified free of disease at the point of shipment.

This fresh water fish has the ability to accumulate and store the highest levels of Omega 3 oil in its body compared to any other fish in the world. Grown in the FP CAS system without the use of antibiotic or chemicals, this OM3 fish can be considered the healthiest fish in the world for all consumers. The health benefits of Omega 3 oils are well documented and by eating OM3 Jade, these oils are delivered without any harmful effects and in the most natural manner to the consumer.
The flesh is white and delicate and the natural oils make it wonderful to cook.
